Manufacturing & Facility
Located in S.I.T.E., Karachi, Automate's 1,824 sq. ft. expanded production plant operates under Japanese automotive manufacturing standards, pairing dust-free clean assembly with complete thermal aging and in-house plastic injection molding.
Automate operates an engineering plant in S.I.T.E. Karachi, Pakistan, built to the stringent standards of Japanese automotive parent companies.
Plant Infrastructure & Cleanroom Assembly
The manufacturing complex spans 1,824 sq. ft. of cleanroom assembly floor, operating under TDEM (Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing) certification. The facility currently operates at a sustained output of 250 to 400 units/day with capacity expandable up to 800 units/day.
100% Aging & Testing Process
Every single head unit manufactured undergoes a rigorous 4-hour burn-in stress testing cycle on our 240-unit aging racks. Voltage fluctuation, temperature extremes, and continuous CAN-BUS signal checks ensure virtually zero out-of-box failures on OEM lines.

OJ Engineering Plastic Injection Molding Division
In May 2026, Automate Industries expanded beyond automotive electronics by acquiring OJ Engineering (Omar Jibran Engineering Limited). This breakthrough gives Automate complete in-house control over automotive interior plastics, instrument panels, audio bezels, and complex fascia housings.
By marrying Automate's 35 years of audio-visual precision with OJ Engineering's structural molding fleet (200T to 3000T, plus an incoming 4000-Ton Engel/Wintec robotic system with KUKA robotics), Automate delivers single-source Tier-1 localized solutions directly to Japanese OEM partners.
